“Kim provides one of the most needed and important aspects to Customer Controls and in some cases to other pillars as well (due to lack of either UX resources or Mobile UX expertise) and that is Mobile UX leadership. Even though it isn't part of her job, based on her strategic and tactical responsibilities, she's kindly made time to create and provide the Customer Controls team with badly needed UX support. The aid that she has provided included:
- Creation of UX flows and screen designs
- Educating her peers in mobile UX specifics
- Aiding in educating other roles in various segments about the importance of mobile UX specifics
